Hey Aud. I love your blog. It puts running in perspective. Not just for the blood, sweat, and tears.. But for the love of bettering ones self. Very few people achieve that. Day in and out its commonly overlooked, but it’s the Runners like you who continue that. Running changed my life and I hope to appreciate it as much as you. I’m thankful for the people who have been brought into my life because of it. Keep it up and never slow down.
